After installing flagpoles at the new city hall (and related departments), Firestone adopted a flag in 2019. It consists of a white field with the city's logo centered on it in black. The logo depicts the sun setting over mountain peaks, which watch over the town.

It appears that every year, a flag design contest is held for the youth of Firestone. In the Design-a-Flag contest, students aged 8 to 11 design a flag for any subject matter. From the top three, the Town Board then picks what they think is the best one. The winning design is then announced at a parade and is kept in the Firestone Town Hall, not to be used as a town flag however.

This town is confusing because it's had at least 3 "design-a-flag" contests, in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Here's the announcement of the 2019 contest with the winner of the 2018 contest. https://www.firestoneco.gov/civicsend/viewmessage/message/82544
The town's story about the 2017 flag contest (attached) makes no mention of the flag being adopted.
