city council session of XXIV convocation. Square white panel, in
the center is the city arms in blue cartouche, topped by argent
crown (the height of the arms is equal to 3/4 of a gonfalone
width), on distance in 1/10 of a gonfalone width from a staff and
from free edge are blue vertical strips (in the width in 1/10 of
a gonfalone).
White color emphasizes an origin of the city name from white
field ("bile pole"), and blue strips mean small rivers
Vyr and Kryga which are here."
