"The gonfalon was approved at March, 26, 1999. A rectangular
canvas with a ratio of the sides 1:1. With overhead edge and from
staff on distance in 1/3 of widths go over lines, which split up
him on 4 fields; afield blue overhead from staff is yellow cross,
afield green lower from free edge is yellow bird, two other
fields are yellow. The first mention refers to XIV century."
