There seems to be two new flags used by the Russian Olympic Committee (Olympiyskiy
Komitet Rossii, OKR). The basic emblem, the Russian-flag style flame above the
Olympic Rings has not changed; the main changes was that the emblem was enlarged
and the name of the committee was added.

The logo text flag has two
versions; one in Russian and one in English.
http://rsport.ru/images
has the Russian text and
http://media.salemwebnetwork.com has the English text.

There seems to be a variant of the ROC flag at
https://rsport.ria.ru/20210219/olimpiada-1598204403.html with the
English
text around the main emblem. According to the branding guide attached to
https://olympic.ru/marketing/firmennyj-stil-okr, the text used in the logo
is Irma Text Narrow Medium. It seems the fonts were modified in this October
2015 branding document but not the overall symbols used by the ROC.
