Tomislav Šipek, 21 January 2022Chernogorsk is a town in the Republic of Khakassia. Its
flag has a light blue field with a red triangular field in the lower fly, edged
with a complex yellow-edged fleur-de-lys pattern, and in the upper hoist, a
piece of coal with six radiating yellow rays.
