Democratic Union of Croats (Demokratska zajednica Hrvata) is a political party of the Croat minority in Serbia. It was founded on 24 June 2007, when its Statutes (text), which describe the party's symbols, were also adopted.

According to the party's Statutes, the party's flag is light blue
with the party's emblem in the canton.
The partys emblem is composed of the coat of arms of the Croat national community, with the party's name initials, set on a red semi-circular line, placed above it. According to information received from the party's office in March-April 2009, the field's color shade is the same as that of the three coats of arms in the "crown" of the coat of arms of the Republic of Croatia (the oldest known coat of arms of Croatia and coats of arms of Dalmatia and Slavonia), and the letters are coloured in the pattern of the Croatian tricolor and fimbriated red; the flag's width and length are 80 cm and 120 cm, respectively (proportions 2:3), the emblem is 30 cm high, and its distances from the top and hoist edges of the flag are 10 cm each.
This flag was originally described in the essay "Flags of Croats in Vojvodina since 1990", which was published in May 2009 in Grb i zastava, the journal of the Croatian Heraldic and Vexillologic Association, No. 5.
