The flag is white with logo shifted to hoist as follows: a simplfied stylised shield from the Portuguese national arms with dark green bordure and light green five inescutcheons in cross, at hoist partially superimposed by a red table tennis racket hafted green and a light green ball in motion followed by black speedy lines, shifted to fly is an inscription as follows "FPTM" (1st line, big, green) "FEDERAÇÃO PORTUGUESA" (2nd line, grey) "DE TÉNIS DE MESA" (3rd line, grey) "Fundada a 27 de outubro de 1944" (4th line, grey, smaller).

The flag was white with centred logo as follows: two table tennis rackets in saltire, at hoist green and at fly red, both hafted yellow and superimposed by the shield of the Portuguese national arms, th shield is topped by a yellow ball. The logo is flanked by a black inscription:
either "FEDERAÇÃO PORTUGUESA DE TÉNIS DE MESA" (above) "FPTM" (below 1st line) "FUNDADA EM 27-10-1944" (below 2nd line, bigger)
or "FEDERAÇÃO PORTUGUESA" (above, serifed, embowed, 1st line) "DE TÉNIS DE MESA" (above, serifed, embowed, 2nd line) "FPTM" (below 1st line) "FUNDADA EM 27-10-1944" (below 2nd line, bigger).
