Shield Argent, a cork oak Vert, peeled and fruited Gules, flanked by two jugs Gules respectant(?), issuant from base a mount Azule charged with mortar and pestle, both Or, and decorated by leaves Vert. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE OUTEIRO DA CORTIÇADA E ARRUDA DOS PISÕES".
Meaning:
Mortar and pestle are taken from the arms of the former Arruda dos Pisões Commune, hill and oak for the former Outeiro da Cortiçada Commune.

Outeiro da Cortiçada e Arruda dos Pisões is one of the four communes of Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 927 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 24,48 km².

Shield Argent, an eradicated cork oak Vert peeled Gules, flanked by two pairs of rice ears Gules, in base a mountain issuant Sable, superimposed by a bar wavy Azure fimbriated Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "OUTEIRO DA CORTIÇADA".
Meaning:
The name of the commune means "hill of the peeled" (cork oak), the arms are thus partly canting

Outeiro da Cortiçada was one of the eoght communes of Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 674 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 14,5 km².

Meaning:
The pestle (Portuguese: pisão) is a canting element, and it was just by the locals in the past for the production of flour. The "herb of grace" (or common rue) (Portuguese: arruda, Latin: ã) is another canting element. It was used in the past as a medical plant (today they say, there are no healing effects). The jugs are symbolising arts and crafts, especially pottery

Arruda dos Pisões was one of the eight communes of Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 405 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 9,7 km². It is presumed that the commune was established in 1702 and it is considered being the oldest commune within the municipality.
