Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "".
Meaning:
The wheel is representing the former Apelação Commune, the cross the former Camarate Commune and the fess wavy the former Unhos Commune.

Camarate, Unhos e Apelação is one of the six communes of Loures Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 33 505 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 11,57 km².

Shield Argent, cross fleury Gules charged with a Greek cross Argent and accompanied in base by two grapevines Purpure leaved Vert. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "CAMARATE".
Meaning:
The grapevines are symbolising the fertility of the soil and the economic importance of viticulture. They are furthermore a canting element, A "camarate" is a temporal storage of the grapes. The cross is referring to Dom Nuno Àlvares Pereira, the owner of the region, and taken from his family arms.

Shield Vert, two fish Argent addorsed, on chief the bust of a bull Or, on base a well Argent masoned black with bucket Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "UNHOS"
Meaning:
The golden bull is an attribute of St. Sylvester, the local patron saint. The two fish refer to the importance of fishing for the commune. The base shows a well, symbol for the many ancient Manuelian wells that can be found in the commune.

Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white short scroll, in Bénard Guedes style, with inscription in black initials "APELAÇÃO".
Meaning:
The mural crown is representing Our Lady of Incarnation, the local patron saint. The olive branches are symbolising the rural character and the economic base of the commune. The millwheel is symbolising the cultural heritage of the commune. The hands in invocation (Port: apelação) are a canting element.
