Shield Argent with base wavy of Azure and Argent, a winged serpent Gules flanked above by two windmill wheels Azure tied Sable in fess and below by two eradicated pine trees Vert fruited Sable in fess. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and long white scroll, as used for united communes, reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE MARRAZES E BAROSA".
Meaning:
The base wavy is a representation of the little Lis River, connecting both parts. Serpent and pines stand for former Marrazes Commune, the mill wheels for former Barosa Commune.

Marrazes e Barosa is one of the nine communes of Leiria Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 26 225 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 32,80 km².
