Shield Argent, a cork Maron, in chief a doe couchant Gules,, in base two branches of rosemary Vert blossomed Purpure crossed per saltire. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "ROSMANINHAL".
Meaning:
The rosemary (Port.: rosmaninho) branches are canting elements.
