Coat of Arms

Shield Gules, a tree eradicated Or crowned by a bird´s nest, in chief a goshawk Proper. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "NINHO DO AÇOR".
Meaning:
"Ninho do Açor" means "goshawk´s nest", nest and bird are thus canting.

Shield Or, a cork oak eradicated Vert, peeled and fruited Gules, in chief a bunch of five arrows Sable tied Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank)and white scroll with inscription in black initials "SOBRAL DO CAMPO".
Meaning:
The cork oak (Port.: sobreiro) is canting. The arrows are an attribute of St. Sebastian, the local patron saint.
