Description of the flag

The flag is divided vertically into green-red, blue and white. The white stripe covers nearly half of the flag. The green one is slightly smaller than red and blue. A white shield, shifted to the fly and displaying four dark blue inescutcheons ordered per cross, every one displaying five plates ordered in quincunx is placed that way that it is superimposing the blue and the white stripe as well.
