Arms and flag adopted on January 29, 2003 (resolution # IV/33/2003).
"Arms:on the blue shield two silver lilies joined at the bases.
Gold crown signifies the fact Pilzno was a Crown Land (Royal Estate).
Flag: rectangular piece of cloth in the proportion of height to length
85:31, composed of three vertical bands of equal width: blue at the hoist,
red in the middle and yellow in the fly.
On the blue band there are large white letters, placed one over the
others and spelling the name "PILZNO". On the axis of the red and yellow
bands are placed symmetrically, one above the others, three Coat of Armśs of the
city and the commune."
