Chynów commune flag

Chynów - rural commune, Grójec County, Mazowieckie Voivodship.
Gmina Chynów is a rural gmina (commune) in Grójec County, Masovian Voivodship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Chynów, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Grójec and 35 km (22 mi) south of Warsaw.
Area: 137.07 sq.km (52.9 sq.mi); Population: 9,442 (2006).
Predominantly an agricultural commune; land under cultivation - 81%; forests - 13%.
On the territory of the commune there is a Police Cynology Institute (for scientific studies of dogs behavior and training) and a veterinarian drug company 'BIOWET'.

Arms and flag adopted on March 26, 2003 (resolution # V/34/03).
"Arms: based on the noble Coat of Arms "Rogala" of the Chynowski family. The shield in the shape of the letter "Y"; right side is white, left is red and the upper one is green.
On the white field a red deer's horn.
On the red field a bison's horn.
On the green field a red and white apple.

Flag is not described but shown in the proof sheet in the vertical position only.
Although it is not mentioned anywhere in the law, I do believe they also use the horizontal flag - maybe not?
