NCRV is the Nederlandse Christelijke Radio Vereniging (Dutch Christian Broadcasting Association). It merged with KRO to form KRO-NCRV in 2014.
I came across a flag of the NCRV at

The pillars in Dutch society extended into such things as Radio, so it wasn't long after the first transmission in 1919 that the pillars formed their own Radio associations, long before the first TV broadcast in 1951 (likewise pillared). Thus, the public broadcasters were name "Radio".
For another, it should be noted that, although the English translation somewhat hides the distinction, it should be noted that they are not Dutch-Christian. They are protestant, and the "Dutch" only indicates that as protestants, they are not part of the Catholic church, but instead are a national organisation.
In 2010-ish, they started working closer together with the KRO, de Katholieke Radio Omroep (Catholic Radio Broadcaster). In 2014-2019 the two merged to form the KRO-NCRV, demonstrating that pillaring was dying, but it wasn't dead yet.
