"Ulaanbaatar now also has its own banner, which is sky blue in colour and in the centre of the flag is depicted the Geruda bird."Dirk Schoenberger, 10 August 2002

Info about logo and flag from official web site of Ulan Bator city (or in mongolian language):
"CITY LOGO:The Traditional religion of the Bogd Khan Mount Khangarid is official emblem of the city that dwelled on the bumper shaped back. The Khangarid emblem implied about for the city will be develop, popularity in the world. Symbol on the Forehead of the Khangarid implied referenced for polity and knowledge, right hand has the (ocher) key that implied open the blessedness door for citizens, left hand has the lotus that implied affirmation of the peace and tramped on snake that implied annihilated for enemy of human from the world."
"OFFICIAL FLAG OF THE CITY: The city’s flag colored the blue of the sky. The symbol of the city depictured by white silk and bordered by golden thread on the blue flag. It means city residents respect their polity and bloom their life. The flag’s weight, long is 1:1,5."
Interestingly, different flags are shown on different language pages. It seems that text is the same. Description bears some inconsistencies. It says "blue of the sky", but the image shows clearly dark blue. English page shows coloured "logo", in contrast, on Mongolian page there is a "logo" in white "bordered by golden thread". Flag is vertically hoisted, gonfalon-like with ratio of 2:3 (1:1.5) and woth the addition of three triangually-ended tails.
Photos from web sites of mayor and city council, however, show flag
like one already on FOTW {mn-ub.gif}, but with darker blue
shade. We can't say what is official for now, but dark blue flag with colourful "logo"
is obviously in use.

The Borough of Han-Uul has 485 km2, with about 120 000 inhabitants.
I found photos of two flags - one on blue, the other on red field, with the borough emblem in the center and the name of the borough below. I can't determinate if one is current or previous flag. Here I attached photos of both flags, and borough emblem.

Tsetserleg city (hot) is the capital city of Arhangay Province (aymag) and administrative center of Erdenebulgan District (sum). It seems that every entity in Mongolia has a flag.
The flag of Tsetserleg city is deep blue with city emblem and inscriptions above and below the emblem which I can't see well, but it looks that it is
"Архангай аймаг" in same letters, semi-arched above, and "цэцэрлэг" in same letters, in line, below.
City logo attached, also.
