About the flag

The flag of the Ungheni district was approved by the district council on February 24, 2005 (approved by the national heraldry commission on January 28, 2005). The author of the flag is S. Andriesh-Tabak, the artist is Marianna Shlapak.

The flag is blue with a white chevron extending from the hoist to the fly.
