The flag of Ozurgeti is vertically divided red-green with a white cross
patty botonny in the center.
The colors are those of the arms, "Per pale, 1. Gules a cross patty
botonny argent, 2. Vert a tree argent interlaced with a grapevine or in
base sable a fess wavy argent."
