Description of the flag

The Professional Golfers' Association (The PGA) was established on September 9, 1901 to provide playing opportunities for golf professionals and to uphold the traditions and values of the game of golf. Initially established as the London and Counties Golf Professionals' Association, during the annual general assembly held on December 2, 1901 they changed their denomination to its current format 'The Professional Golfers' Association' - the original 'PGA' (as they call themselves, in order to differentiate from its U.S. counterpart, the PGA (of America)). They are currently located in Royal Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

Golfing Professionals afforded to earn a living from club duties, club and ball-making, green-keeping, teaching and competing in tournaments.

It is one of many Professional Golfers Associations (PGAs) around the world, but has no territorial designation in its name because it was the first in the world to be founded, so it is informally designated as Professional Golfers' Association (Great Britain and Ireland) in order to distinguish itself from other PGAs around the world.

They have used several flags over the years although I haven't been able to exactly identify their chronological order.
