Description of the flag

Blue field, yellow 21-point star with a ring of small 5-point stars around it, one for each ray, pointing outwards and also yellow. The 21-pointer contains the municipal emblem, consisting of a white oval ring bearing a wreath of two palm fronds, intertwined at the bottom with a white ribbon bearing the word "SOKEHS" in black caps. The wreath encloses a tableau of a green hilly island atop blue-white waves, with four black-edged white stars arranged in an arc in the yellow sky above it. The waves are charged with a large white coconut, with its top removed.
