Description of the flag

Eleven horizontal stripes, red and white, the white stripes being half the width of the red ones, and a white-edged light blue canton, bearing a white disk with the municipal arms.

Flag seen by FIAV President Mr. Michel Lupant who visited the island in Aug 2009 after ICV23.
