King Babar has a red standard fimbrated in blue and in its center there is
a bold B under a crown.

At Fanpop, a different take is shown, with the "B" being seriffed and the crown much simpler, matching what King Babar actually wears.
Still, this is non-canonical fanart: If anyone comes across actual
movie frames or book illustrations showing this or other Babar flags,
please show and tell.
