Shield parted by a bend wavy Argent, above left Sable a rosette Or, beneath right Vert two grain ears Or in saltire.
Meaning:
The rosette is taken from the arms of the convent of the Benedictine Ottobeuren Imperial Abbey, which had possessions in the village since 1126 and remained a manorial lord until 1803. The tinctures black and golden are also alluding to the abbey. Ears and green colour are symbolising the rural character. The bend wavy is a representation of the Günz River.
