Shield parted per fess; above Or a lion rampant issuant Sable, armed and tongued Gules and superimposed by a bendlet Argent, beneath Vert a fess wavy Argent, connected with five linden leaves Or above and three linden leaves reversed Or beneath.
Meaning:
The municipality was established in 1978 by a merger of the municipalities of Haid incl. Willersdorf, Schnaid incl. Stiebarlimbach, Pautzfeld, Schlammersdorf, Trailsdorf and Hallersdorf proper. The rule over the village was shared among the owners of the upper and lower castle. Lion and bendlet are taken from the arms of the Archbishopric of Bamberg. The linden leaves are taken from the arms of the Barons of Seckendorff, who owned the lower castle between 1420 and 1688. The number of leaves is also representing the eight settlement cores as listed above. The fess wavy is representing the Aisch River. The colours green and yellow are taken from the abolished arms of the former Pautzfeld Municipality. The green colour is also representing agriculture as main business line.

Shield parted per fess; above Or a lion rampant issuant Sable, armed and tongued Gules and superimposed by a bendlet Argent, beneath Vert issuant from base a harrow issuant Or flanked above by two 6-point stars of the same.
Meaning:
Lion and bendlet are taken from the arms of the Archbishopric of Bamberg, to which the village historically belonged. The harrow is a symbol of the agricultural character of the region. The two stars are attributes of St. Mary, patron saint of the village.
