The Villas at Tree Tops and Fairway is an unincorporated housing development located in Monroe County. The area has since been bought by Exploria Resorts sometime in the late 2010's and was renamed to Poconos Mountain Villas, though it's not certain as to whether they have a flag or not.

The flag is a green field with the community logo in the center.

The logo is made of an old styled sign which contains the community name on it. under the name are two half circles which contains a triplet of pine trees and a sycamore tree.
