The flag is a white field with a central emblem with the "Friendship Tree", which was one of the most popular individual trees in American when it was still alive. above is the township name, and below is the settlement and establishment years. According to a document sent to me by the township, the flag was designed by then township supervisor, David Miller, and was adopted during the United States Bicentennial in 1976.
