Forwarded for information. I was also given the address https://mifflinco.org/, but I cannot open that page - it might be restricted to US addresses. I double-checked with Gavin that the uncentred black bar is indeed part of the flag - apparently it is!

I expressed some doubt that the flag contains the black bar, particularly as it is off-centred, but received the following response.
