A white flag with two blue Israel-style stripes near the top and bottom, each stripe bearing 7 red stars. In the central broad white stripe, the county seal, blue with a gold county map.

This white flag has a blue stripe at the top and at the bottom. Each stripe has seven red stars. A yellow silhouette of the county appears in a centered blue circle. Jefferson County was established in 1797, and was named for U.S. founding father Thomas Jefferson.
