Description of the flag

The flag of the Village of Folsom, Louisiana, is very light blue with a flower and a horse head in the middle, and "VILLAGE OF FOLSOM" arched over and "LOUISIANA" arched below. It can be seen here: www.nola.com/politics/index.ssf/2010/08/folsom_mayor_marshell_brumfiel.html.
