A flag recently offered on "Edwin's Stuff" (eBay Store of "edwinart") was
that of Kansas City, Kansas (US). It features a seal, now succeeded in use by one representing the "Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City": en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kansas_City,_Kansas.
On the website was added the statement: "This and other flags were part of the Tumbling Waters Museum which sold out the collection in the early 80s to the Heritage Society..."
The flag has a blue field, yellow city seal in the centre and four white five-pointed stars placed in a bow above it; below the seal, name 'KANSAS CITY, KANSAS' in yellow letters. The seal shows a bovine (bull's?) head looking to the right accompanied by the words 'INCORPORATED' (above) and '1886' (below) within a double ring; a larger double ring encloses it, leaving space for the words 'THE CITY OF KANSAS CITY' (above) and 'KANSAS' (below). Words and rings look brown to me rather than black.
The city's namesake in Missouri is situated next to it, in fact they both form one metropolitan area.
