In March 2019, Valentin Poposki posted to the FOTW-FB group the flag image
from Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claypool,_Indiana. I found this article about
the flag being approved in August 2018

Claypool Town Board Approves Students’ City Flag Idea
In its first
order of business, the board heard a presentation from Claypool Elementary
fourth-graders about a proposal for a city flag. Eight students spoke at the
event, explaining that eight original flag designs were submitted. Everyone at
the elementary school voted for their favorite option.
The flag is orange
to represent basketball, and stripes on the design symbolize the railroads that
run through the city.
The board approved the idea and stated that it
would get an official city flag made for the school.
