Warrington is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Escambia County.
The flag was created in 2002 as a part of the new Warrington Gateway Park in the median of Barrancas Avenue. It was designed by local Joseph Fussner, who wanted the flag to represent the community as a whole. The flag is made up of the blue sky with the gulf of Mexico, with a yellow sailboat and some dolphins in the background. Located on the shore is the Lighthouse at the Naval Air Station Pensacola. On the left of the lighthouse are a group of six fighter jets in the delta formation. The flag contains a thick white border with blue squares on the corners, and red trapezoids in the center of the borders with stars in the center of them. At the top of the lighthouse is the community name.
The flag used to fly at the Gateway Park until some time between 2011 and 2013 according to Google Maps Streetview, where the flag was replaced by the Escambia County flag, it's unsure where the flag is now.
