In village was born poet Borys Oliynyk. The plot of the arms is
connected to his verse "You are as the star, and I am as the
maple" dedicated to village originality and traditional
character. The star emphasizes historical communication to
Sanzhary (the village entered in Sanzhary cossack squadron, and
on the arms of this city is the star). Sycamore (maple) leaves
specify revival of village. The or field means riches, well-being
and agriculture.

in Ukraine", Pt.1."
