A flag can be seen in a Yahoo News photo (ephemeral url, but detail seen
here) captioned:
"An activist raises a flag during a protest against Taiwan President Ma
Ying-jeou in front of the Presidential Office in Taipei, August 9, 2008"
It is yellow with a black-outline drawing of white left hand with the the thumb,
index finger, and little finger extended, and the middle and ring fingers
folded. So far as I know this is the "I love you" sign in American Sign
Language; I don't know what it may mean in Taiwan.
