U.R.P. (fishing administration)

URP flag image by António Martins-Tuválkin, 6 July 2025

The fishing administration Turkestan-Black Sea-Danube (1899-1917) according on what reported by Aldo Ziggiotto in "Tre secoli di storia attraverso le bandiere", source [zig94] in our Bibliography. The posted image had a dark blue shade, likely inspired by the original illustration. I opted to change it to medium blue (синий), given that this is a variant of the contemporary ensign, akin to others such as the Russian American Company. See also the Caspian Sea Fish and Seal Administration for another fishing administration flag.
