Piy-Khemsky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the north of the republic. Its administrative center is the town of Turan.
The flag of the region is a banner of arms, described as:
On a green field above an azure band with jagged tips, bordered with silver in the form of waves running to the [heraldic] right, there is a golden deer jumping indirectly to the right.
