Barun-Khemchiksky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the west of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Kyzyl-Mazhalyk.
The flag of the region is a banner of arms with an azure field, 2:3, in the middle of which is a priest clothed in blue holding a yellow chalice and behind which is a sun in splendor. The priest and sun sit on a three-lobed white mound in which is placed a red geometric symbol.
