The flag is white, slightly shifted to bottom there is an aim, from centre the rings are coloured yellow-red-blue-black-white, at its top partially superimposed by the shield of the national arms, flanked by a scroll, green at hoist with yellow inscription "F.P." and red at fly with yellow inscription "T.A.". Over all is a yellow arch with arrow and bow string pointing to bottom. Above is an embowed inscription displaying the full name in black initials. The shade of yellow is dark, somehow golden, except the centre of the aim.
