The flag is white with centred logo, vertical stylised green inscription "FPCUB" at hoist and full name in green initials at the bottom. The logo consists of a green cyclist, looking to fly, under a green cloud (more looking like a big bird). The wheel at fly is red cotised white-green, the wheel at hoist is green charged with five white inescutcheons in cross, each one charged with a (green) quina.
