Coat of Arms

Shield Or, three ovens Sable, garnished Argent and open Or with fire Gules, ordered 2:1; base wavy Azure, charged with a barrulet wavy Argent, charged with a lamprey Sable eyed Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "FORNOS - CASTELO DE PAIVA".
Meaning:
The ovens (Port.: fornos) are canting elements.
