Shield Or, above an eradicated tree Vert, in chief two theatre masks ordered per fess, a comedy mask Gules at dexter and a tragedy mask Sable at sinister, issuant from base a triplemount Vert, charged with a sheep passant Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and long white scroll, as often used by united communes, reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE RAPA E CADAFAZ".
Meaning:
The upper half displays the arms of the former Rapa Commune, the lower half is taken from the arms of the former Cadafaz Commune.

Rapa e Cadafaz is one of the four communes of Celorico da Beira Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 242 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 16,17 km².
