Shield Azure a bend sinister Argent cobbled Sable, on dexter chief a 5-point star Or and on sinister base a mulberry twig Argent fruited Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) ""
Meaning:
The word "moreiras" means "mulberry trees" and therefore these arms are partly canting if the twig is indeed mulberry and nor of some other tree.

Presentation of Moreiras

Moreiras was one of the 30 communes of Chaves Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes ; it had 216 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 9,23 km².
