Shield Argent, abased five barrulets wavy Azure, on base two fish embowed respectant Gules, on chief a heraldic rose Gules, seeded Or and barbed Vert, flanked by two ravens repsectant Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE TÁVORA (SANTA MARIA E SÃO VICENTE)".
Meaning:
The barrulets wavy are a representation of the Lima River and its anabranches with riches of fish, located on the Southern border of the village. The ravens are attributes of St. Vincent, the rose of St. Mary.

Távora (Santa Maria e São Vicente) is one of the 13 communes of Arcos de Valdevez Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 848 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 6,74 km².

Shield Vert, in base a fess wavy Argent charged with two barrulets wavy Azure, above to trouts jumping affronty Argent, in chief a Marian crown. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank)and white scroll with inscription in black initials "TÁVORA - SANTA MARIA".
Meaning:
The crown is symbolizing St. Mary, local patron saint and name giver of the commune. The fess wavy is symbolizing Lima River.

Santa Maria de Távora was one of the 28 communes of Arcos de Valdevez Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 690 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 4,3 km².

Meaning:
The ravens are attributes of St. Vincent, local paton saint and name giver. They have the same context as the ravens in the arms of Lisboa.
