The Arms, adopted in present form in 1990 and based on the seal from
the XIV Century.
On the red shield there is a single white tower of the fortress with
the black window and blue peeked roof topped with golden ball.
Flag: White, slanted band on the red, rectangular field.
Slanted band goes from the left upper corner to the right lower one.
White band takes 1/4 of the vertical side and 1/4 of the horizontal
side.
Arms of the City are in the center of the white band.
