The Arms and flag of the City were adopted by the Council's resolution
# VII/64/03 on May 27, 2003.
"Arms: on the red field there is a silver (white) defensive wall with
the open gate and three towers topped with blue peeked roofs.
Flag is a quadruple, white and light-blue chessboard with the Arms
in the central position.
Proportions of the flag: 5:8
Height of the Arms in relation to the flag's width: 4:6."
