The
pattern used in the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan and Ceylon
only, I think) was without the yellow scroll - the letters were
directly on the blue field. Two patterns delimited by 1953 should
theoretically exist. These would have been used in what's now
Bangladesh, too.
