I was in contact with the provincial authorities of Panama in
2003. Embera-Wounan at time had no official flag, but at least a community used a vertical flag of yellow and green. There is a
photo of a flag, perhaps of the Embera nation, that is green with
two Indians and some device in the centre and "Embera",
in black, written below.

In this page, http://simbolospatrios.org/simbolos-patrios-de-embera-wounaan/, the author give details about all the provincial flags and some comarcal flags. Embera Wounaan appear there. In general the pages seems to be accurate, all the remaining flags are real and this must be real also.
The Emberá Wounaan flag is a living representation of the resources and nature that covers its entire territory. It is composed of three stripes horizontally and its colors are: Green, Yellow and Blue. The green stripe symbolizes all its natural resources, its fauna replete with the diversity of species such as herons, eagles, butterflies, iguanas, monkeys, woodpeckers and all kinds of reptiles. Its flora is of great beauty and its forests are the center of attention and the most precious of its inhabitants. The yellow stripe is a sign of their customs and traditions that they have shown they will never abandon and they will teach them to new generations. Finally, the blue stripe is the wonderful hydrographic network that runs throughout its territory, especially symbolizes its impressive rivers Chucunaque, Tuira, Balsa, Chico, Jaqué, Sambú and Bagre.Jaume Ollé, 3 May 2018
