On June 30, I found the Olympic Stadium Amsterdam flag, seen
here. The Olympisch Stadion is a stadium built as the main stadium for
the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam.

I know, but there's no location to take this from; I've seen most of the
stadium in pictures, and as far as I can tell the grand stand has the same roof
as the stand visible on the photograph of the athletes. And even if there was a
gap under those roofs, you'd have to be close to photograph under it, but we're
appear to be across the field.
I think we're really looking at a larger stand, that is further away because the
stadium is exceptionally wide, and maybe we're not looking straight at the
stand. That also means those wooden spars we see are really metal beams.
I can't find a close enough shot, but look at these pictures of the Amsterdam
Olympic Stadium:

The Amsterdam Olympic Stadium is wider than comparable stadiums for
having been a velodrome as well; surrounding the athletic track, and
slightly above it, was a complete cycle track. Both roofed stands of the
stadium had a steel roof frame. And as this was the first stadium of the
modern era where the Olympic Flame was alight during the games, the
Amsterdam Olympic Stadium has a tower rising up behind the Marathon Stands.
I'd say in all, this is a fairly good match. Compare that with the view
across the field behind the taking of the oath, which does of course
show the opposite stands but is really quite different from the
background in the flag rising picture.
I'm being a bit careful, as it's very human to "recognise" familiar
buildings in photographs regardless of whether they're actually in them,
but still:
I'd say we're not seeing the Antwerp Olympic Stadium at all, but rather,
we see the flag raised in the Amsterdam Olympic Stadium.
