Since 15 August is Liberation Day in both North
and South Korea, celebrating the end of the Second World War and the
liberation of Korea from Japanese occupation, I decided to post the flag
of South Korea's Ministry of Unification.
The Ministry of Unification traces its history to the 1 March 1969
creation of the National Unification Board, responsible for overseeing
the South Korean government's efforts toward reunification of the Korean
Peninsula. In February 1998, the National Unification Board was renamed
the Ministry of Unification. Since 1998, the Ministry has played a
pivotal role in pushing for inter-Korean talks, exchanges, and
cooperation.

The flag of Ministry of Unification is white but, since 2016, with new logo.

I found a photograph online showing the flag of the Ministry displayed
behind the Minister while holding a meeting with the US Ambassador in
April 2013.
The flag shows the Ministry's logo centered on a white field. Below the
logo are the Korean word 통일부 ("unification") and the English name of
the Ministry.
